| READY TO LIVE IN |

| When we say ready to live in, we mean just that! All you need to do
is make sure the utilities are connected, pop in some furniture and move in! Everything is
done for you before hand. Once we hand you the keys you have a new home.
If it is winter, you can take the keys open the door and turn on the heating. If its summer, you can go in
go upstairs and take a nice relaxing bath after your day at work. There is no work for you left to do.
