standards in Europe. The amount of energy needed to keep these houses warm through out the year
is far lower
than an ordinary British house. The heat transmission coefficient from our houses is set at a U-value of
0.17 W/m2K with is much lower in
comparison to a brick house where the value would be somewhere around 0.5 W/m2
K. Which means your house will stay warm in the winter and stay cool in the summer
You can choose to heat your house however you like; gas, wood, coal, solar or some other way,
and which ever way you choose we can guarantee that you will be saving more money than the rest of the houses in your area!
